Success Northwest (SNW) is the key project in the Derry Strabane Council area delivering the Shared Prosperity Fund. SNW is an ambitious, collaborative, consortium approach, with community-based, partners in community hubs providing intensive and tailored interventions to those economically inactive residents.

Based on our highly successful previous ESF funded model over the past 12+ years, the project uses a local community-based model of engagement and recruitment, applying innovative techniques to support economically inactive people.
